Keto Pickle Dip Pinwheels
Ingredients
- 4 large low-carb tortillas
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup chopped dill pickles
- 2 tbsp pickle juice
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill (or 1 tsp dried dill)
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 6–8 slices deli ham or turkey (optional)
Instructions
1. Make the Pickle Dip Filling
In a bowl, mix together:
- Cream cheese
- Cheddar cheese
- Chopped pickles
- Pickle juice
- Dill
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
Mix until creamy and evenly combined.
2. Assemble
- Spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla.
- Add deli meat if using.
3. Roll
- Roll tortillas tightly into logs.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for 30–60 minutes for cleaner slicing.
4. Slice
- Cut into 1-inch pinwheels.
- Serve chilled.
