3-Ingredient Lemon Bars
Ingredients
- 1 box angel food cake mix
- 1 can lemon pie filling
- Powdered sugar (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the angel food cake mix and lemon pie filling until combined.
- Pour into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden on top.
- Cool completely before cutting into bars.
- Dust with powdered sugar if desired.

For extra flavor, add:
- Lemon zest
- Blueberries
- Coconut flakes
