Delicious Crepes
Crepes are thin, soft pancakes that can be filled with sweet or savory ingredients.
Ingredients
Makes about 8 crepes
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp sugar (optional for sweet crepes)
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk eggs and milk together.
- Add flour, salt, sugar, and melted butter.
- Mix until smooth and thin. Let batter rest 15–20 minutes.
- Heat a lightly greased nonstick pan over medium heat.
- Pour about 1/4 cup batter into the pan and swirl thinly.
- Cook 1–2 minutes until edges lift slightly.
- Flip and cook another 30–60 seconds.
- Repeat with remaining batter.
