Mediterranean Celery Green Juice
Ingredients
- 4 celery stalks
- 1 cucumber
- 1 green apple
- 1 handful fresh parsley
- ½ lemon, peeled
- 1-inch piece fresh ginger
- 4–5 fresh mint leaves
- ½ cup cold water (optional, for blending)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
Using a Juicer
- Wash all ingredients thoroughly.
- Run celery, cucumber, apple, parsley, lemon, ginger, and mint through the juicer.
- Stir and serve over ice.
Using a Blender
- Chop ingredients into smaller pieces.
- Add everything to a blender with cold water.
- Blend until smooth.
- Strain through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth for a smoother juice.
- Serve chilled.
